About Scottsdale Elite Roofing
Scottsdale Elite Roofing began in 2006 as a 3-person roof repair crew working out of a rented bay off Pima Road. Most of the calls that first year came from 1960s ranch homes in South Scottsdale, where original shingles and tar-and-gravel patio roofs were giving out after being blasted by 40 Arizona summers.
The city kept growing, from 202,705 residents in the 2000 U.S. Census to 241,361 in 2020, and new neighborhoods pushed north toward the McDowell Mountains. Our company grew along with it, taking on tile roofs, spray foam, and commercial flat roofs for retail centers, medical offices, and HOA communities.
Today, Scottsdale Elite Roofing holds a CR-42 dual license through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, which covers both residential and commercial roofing. Since that first rented bay, our goal hasn’t changed. Every roof our crews touch should stay dry through monsoon season and hold up to Valley heat for as long as the material allows.
The Crew Behind Every Scottsdale Elite Roofing Job
The same people who quote your roof are the ones who show up to work on it, and nobody on the crew is a stranger to Valley heat.
- 4 crew leads, each with 15 or more years on Arizona roofs
- 18 roofers trained on tile, shingle, foam, and low-slope systems
- 2 estimators who climb every roof they quote
- 3 office staff who handle permits, HOA paperwork, and scheduling
Every crew lead completes OSHA 30-hour construction safety training. Each year, the team also spends time at the International Roofing Expo testing new underlayments, coatings, and fastening methods before any of them reach a Scottsdale roof.
Roofs Built for Arizona, Priced in Writing
Scottsdale Elite Roofing installs, repairs, and replaces roofs to fit each property, budget, and stretch of desert sun. In practice, that means recommending a $600 repair when a repair does the job and putting that advice in writing, even when a full replacement would earn us more.
Where Our Expert Roofing Team Is Headed
Over the next 5 years, our roofing team plans to add a dedicated foam and coatings crew and bring maintenance plans to more properties in Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa. Growth only counts if every new roof meets the same standard as the first patio roof we fixed back in 2006.
