Concrete Tile Roof Replacement at E La Junta Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85255

This early-1990s ranch home near Pinnacle Peak sits on an acre with wide mountain views, but its original concrete tile had faded to a chalky tan. Our tile crew counted 212 broken pieces along the hips and found the felt underlayment crumbling at every eave.

Scottsdale Elite Roofing stripped the roof to bare plywood and sealed the deck with self-adhered, high-temperature underlayment. New flat concrete tile in a warm sandstone blend now covers all 3,400 square feet and picks up the desert rock along the driveway. We then finished the edges with mortar-set hips and fresh bird stop.

TPO Roof Installation at E Shea Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260

Less than a mile from HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center, this 2005 medical office building had a gravel-surfaced built-up roof with water pooling around 3 rooftop AC units. Leaks kept staining ceiling tiles above 2 exam rooms, and the property manager needed every practice to stay open.

Our commercial roofers removed the gravel and old plies in sections day by day, then laid tapered polyiso insulation that steers water to the drains. A white 60-mil TPO membrane with hot-air welded seams went on top, along with new curbs under each AC unit. Material deliveries happened on weekends, so patients always found open parking.

HOA Townhome Roof Replacement at E McDonald Dr, Scottsdale, AZ 85250

Park Scottsdale Townhouse dates to 1964, and its HOA covers roof replacement for every building in the community. The board asked our expert roofing team to start with a 4-unit building whose worn shingles and cracked low-slope rear roofs leaked into 2 homes every monsoon.

Our licensed roofers installed Owens Corning Duration shingles in Desert Tan on the pitched slopes and a modified bitumen cap sheet on the flat rear sections. Every owner received a 48-hour notice before tear-off. Along the shared walls, the crew rebuilt the parapet flashing so water stops spilling between neighboring units.

Composite Shake Roof Installation at E Cholla St, Scottsdale, AZ 85259

This contemporary single-story home in Cholla Estates pairs concrete tile with a cedar shake section over the entry and covered patio. About 10 years' worth of Scottsdale sun had cupped and split the cedar, and water slipped through the tile-to-shake transition whenever a storm rolled through.

Scottsdale Elite Roofing swapped 900 square feet of cedar for DaVinci Roofscapes composite shake, which the manufacturer rates Class A for fire and Class 4 for impact. New step flashing and a crimped metal transition now tie the shake into the tile. We made sure to keep the home’s original lived-in look intact by choosing a weathered-wood color.
